Chongqing Zhi Yuan Health Management Co., Ltd. is the developer and operator of Zhi Yuan Traditional Chinese Medicine (hereinafter referred to as “Zhi Yuan Traditional Chinese Medicine” or “we”or "us" ). Zhi Yuan Traditional Chinese Medicine places great importance on the privacy and personal information protection of our users(hereinafter referred to as "you"). 1 Definitions
Unless otherwise specified, the terms used in this Privacy Policy generally have the following definitions:

Account: When you register an account and provide us with some personal information, you can better use our services. When you access Zhiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine, the system will use this account information to verify your identity to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

2 How We Collect Your Personal Information and Request Related Permissions
To provide you with better products and services, we collect your personal information in the following ways when you use our products and services. If you do not provide your personal information, we may be unable to provide you with the corresponding services.
We will only collect information that is necessary, specific, explicit, and lawful for the services you choose, and we will not further process such information in a manner inconsistent with these purposes. 2.1Information you actively provide or disclosed to us when using our services
The information you provide to us or upload will be collected in accordance with the necessary personal information for the services you choose:
2.1.1 If you create a Zhiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine account, you may provide , email address, password, avatar, username(nickname), gender, and account security settings as part of your personal registration information. You may also log in to Zhiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine using a third-party account (Google), in which case we may collect Personal Data from the third-party（Google）, such as access token or your Google account user name.
2.1.2 If you use Zhiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine's custom avatar, add/edit image services, you may provide permission to read/write and access your mobile phone's photo album and camera.
2.1.3 When using the Zhiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine software, we need to temporarily store and read service data on your device, which requires you to grant mobile storage read/write permissions.
2.1.4 When using the Zhiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine software, in order to provide you with more services, we need you to grant permissions to read phone status (obtain device IMSI, IMEI number, MAC address) to retrieve device information and ensure normal service operation. Without these permissions, many data services cannot function properly.
2.1.5 When you use the personal center service, we may collect your nickname, gender, age, read the time and date, and other information required for your use of Zhiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine, including but not limited to information recorded in your device and other application software on your device.
2.1.6 To better provide services to you, we may occasionally add or adjust certain special service features. If you choose to use a particular special service feature, you may voluntarily provide us with the personal information required to use that service feature.
2.1.7When you use paid services for payment, we collect your payment order and transaction Personal Data to provide Services such as order placement, payment, customer service, and after-sales support. Payments are completed through payment services provided by the third-party (Google pay). When using third-party payment services, please read the privacy policy （https://payments.developers.google.com/terms/sellertos）of the third-party institution. If you disagree with the terms, please stop using the third-party payment service immediately.
2.1.8 When you post images or comments, we will collect the information you post and display your nickname, avatar, posted content, and IP location information. When you use the image posting feature, we will request your authorization for camera (webcam) and photo permissions. If you refuse to grant authorization, you will not be able to use this feature, but it will not affect your normal use of other features of Zhiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine.
2.1.9 When you use our "舌诊"（tongue diagnosis）/"面诊" （facial diagnosis）service(feature), we will request your authorization for camera (webcam) and photo permissions. We will collect and recognize photos of your face or tongue to provide you with the "面诊" or "舌诊" feature and share you some health advices based on your tongue condition or facial complexion. If you refuse to grant authorization, you will not be able to use this feature, but it will not affect your normal use of other features of Zhiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Please note that if you voluntarily disclose sensitive information such as your health, private life, or personal biometric information to us, we will strictly protect your information in accordance with this policy. However, you should exercise caution when providing your personal sensitive information to third-party product or service providers.
2.2.Information we automatically collect when you use the service (including during background operations and idle states)
When you use the Zhiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine service, we will receive and record information from your browser and device, including but not limited to your service log information, IP address, Bluetooth permissions, Bluetooth address, access date and time, and hardware/software feature data. This information is used for user identification, recording system faults, analyzing the causes of system faults, user behavior analysis, conducting internal audits, data analysis, and research to improve and optimize our products and services.
2.2.1 Unique identifiers: Your mobile device or device identifier, device model, operating system version, and unique device identifier information: IMEI, Android ID, OAID, IDFA, MEID, ICCID
2.2.2 Location information (geolocation information): When you use services related to location information, we may record the location information of your device to provide you with relevant services. The amount of information we gather depends on the type of device and settings you use to access the service. For example,we may collect your location data through IP addresses, GPS, WLAN (SSID, BSSID), or base station channels;
2.2.3Information about the device：including information contained in HTTP headers or other internet transmission protocol signals, browser or device type and version, operating system, user agent string, and information about the presence or use of “apps” on the mobile device, screen resolution, and preferred language;
2.2.4 Behavioral data：which related to your use of Zhiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine services, including the webpages you click on, the content and content areas you access, and the date and time of such activities;
2.2.5 Bluetooth MAC address: When you use the audiobook or video playback features, we will request your authorization to access your Bluetooth MAC address to ensure you can use the relevant services normally via Bluetooth headphones;
2.2.6 Sensor list: When you use the app, we will obtain information from the orientation sensor and gyroscope device sensor to enable automatic full-screen video playback. When you use the photo-taking feature to set your avatar, we will obtain information from the accelerometer device sensor to determine the angle of the phone during photography;
2.2.7SD card data: When you use the app, we need to temporarily store and read service data on your device, which requires you to grant permission for access to your phone's SD card data.
2.2.8 Clipboard
2.2.8.1【Authorized Login】When you log in using a third-party account, we will write and read the information necessary for login into the clipboard. This information is solely used for login-related purposes and no personal information of yours is collected through it.
2.2.8.2【Share, Identify】When you share or receive shared information, or participate in activities, we need to access your clipboard to read the passwords, share codes, and links contained therein to enable redirection, sharing, activity linkage functions, or services.
2.2.8.3【Statistical Analysis】We may need to use the clipboard to collect statistics on the source channels of the application. During the statistical process, we will not transmit any personal privacy information you have written to the clipboard.
2.2.8.4【Special Note】Some mobile device systems may display a prompt indicating that an application (App) is accessing the clipboard. However, this system prompt cannot distinguish whether clipboard information is being collected and may include false positives. Therefore, if you encounter such a prompt, please contact us so we can identify the issue.
2.2.9 Log and Usage Data
To help us better understand the operation of Zhiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine and related services, and to ensure the security of operations and service provision, we may record network log information, as well as data such as the frequency of software and related service usage, crash data, overall installation and usage status, and performance metrics.
2.3 Personal information we collect from third-parties
2.3.1When you choose to register or log in through other third-party accounts, such as Facebook or Google, we may collect Personal Data from the third-party service, such as access token, your avatar and nickname from third-pary accounts.
2.3.2 When you use the payment service, as described in section 2.1.7, you will complete the payment via Google Pay, and we will access your payment result (status) through the payment service provider.
3. How We Use Your Personal Information
3.1 Use for the purpose of providing services to you:
We will use the personal information we collect to achieve the functions of our products and/or services when you register for a Zhiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine account, read books, edit personal information, or in other circumstances specified in this privacy policy. Please note and agree that we may analyze the user database and utilize it for commercial purposes.
3.2 Use for the purpose of contacting you for customer surveys:
We may collect information you voluntarily provide to us when participating in product/service surveys, as well as information you provide during interactions with our affiliates and partners, to enable you to track order status, submit user complaints, and help us optimize the quality and processes of our customer service.
3.3 Use for the purpose of ensuring network security:
To enhance the security of the services we provide and to prevent phishing website fraud and malware viruses more accurately, we may use or integrate your personal information to comprehensively assess the risk associated with your account and transactions, including verifying your identity, preventing, detecting, and investigating potential fraud, network viruses, network attack security risks, and violations of our or our affiliates' agreements, policies, or rules, in order to protect your, other users', our, or our affiliates' legitimate rights and interests, and to record certain URLs we deem risky.
3.4 Use for statistical analysis and operational improvement purposes:
We may use personal information collected in our business operations for statistical analysis and operational improvement. For example, we may use your location information (geolocation data) for statistical analysis to improve our products, services, or marketing plans; or for technical upgrades, network maintenance, troubleshooting, internal policy and process development, and generating internal reports to improve our systems.
3.5 Use for the purpose of facilitating account creation and authentication:
We may obtain user personal information from business partners through legal channels. We may obtain account information (avatar, nickname) that you have authorized for sharing from third parties, and after you agree to this Privacy Policy, we will link your third-party account with your Zhiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine account, allowing you to log in and use our products and/or services directly through your third-party account. We will confirm the legality of the source of personal information in accordance with agreements with third parties and use your personal information in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
When we intend to use your personal information for purposes not specified in this policy, we will seek your prior consent through an active selection process.

7.5 Account Cancellation
We support you in canceling your previously registered account at any time. You can do so via the following methods:

If you apply to cancel your account via email to customer service, we will verify your request and cancel your account within 15 days. After your account is canceled, we will cease to provide you with all or part of the Zhiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine services, and in accordance with your request, delete your personal information or anonymize it, except as otherwise provided by law.
7.6 We will be unable to respond to your request in the following circumstances:
Where the request is related to the personal information controller's obligations under laws and regulations;
Where the request is directly related to national security or defense security;
